The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of materials, products, and supplies within the warehouse. The position ensures compliance with inventory control procedures, safety, and food safety standards to support smooth plant operations and customer deliveries.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of materials following FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) systems.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue materials needed for production based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and production for replenishment.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of deliveries, ensuring product safety and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare documentation such as delivery receipts, stock transfer forms, and inventory reports.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper record-keeping and warehouse orderliness.
• Follow company policies on safety, 5S, and security of materials and property.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.

• College or vocational graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management systems and warehouse documentation.
• Familiar with GMP, Food Safety, and 5S practices.
• Skilled in operating forklifts or pallet jacks (with certification is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting when necessary.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
