We are hiring

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (vocational training in logistics or inventory is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory, warehousing, or stock control.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (manual or digital).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Physically able to handle lifting, bending, and extended standing.

Inventory Accuracy & Control

  • Ensure all items received and dispatched are accurately recorded in inventory systems.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies.

Stock Monitoring & Movement

  • Track the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items to help optimize stock levels.
  • Alert supervisors regarding low stock levels or potential overstock situations.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of stock transactions, receipts, issuances, adjustments, and transfers.
  • Ensure that records are compliant with company and audit standards.
  • Generate inventory-related reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal use and audit purposes.

Ad Hoc Projects and Additional Tasks

  • Participates in special projects as needed by the company.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
