The Role: Business Development Manager (Malaysia)
This is a
pure new business role
— your focus is closing deals, not account management. You'll drive revenue growth with
LeadManager
, our market-leading construction intelligence platform.

This is what you'll be doing
- Build pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Pitch
LeadManager
to senior decision-makers, from contractors to C-suite executives. - Deliver consultative sales presentations and create tailored proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and
close deals with pace and precision
. - Expand Hubexo's footprint by spotting growth opportunities across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
About You
This is not a role for someone looking to coast. We're looking for hunters: people who thrive in the chase, who can handle pressure, and who consistently outperform their targets.
- 2–5 years' B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, or solutions.
- Consistent record of beating quota in a
target-driven environment
. - Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers, up to C-suite.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Data-driven approach; familiar with CRM and modern sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN).
- Understanding of Malaysia's business culture; cross-border exposure in Singapore, Indonesia, or Thailand is a plus.
- Fluent in English; other regional languages are an advantage.
