What you'll be doing

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications
  • Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable information systems to support the banking operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance
  • Document system architecture, workflows, and user guidelines for seamless knowledge transfer
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proficient in systems analysis and design methodologies, including Agile and SDLC
  • Hands-on experience in data modelling, database management, and software development
  • Familiarity with banking-specific applications, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
