System Analyst

The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet organizational needs. They collaborate with business owners and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Process Owners to gather and document business requirements and functional specifications
  • Work with development teams to ensure systems meet specifications, conduct system testing, and manage new system deployments or enhancements
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT support teams
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and training materials
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and chatbot technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our chatbot capabilities
  • Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on chatbot functionalities and best practices
  • Continuously monitor and analyze chatbot performance, making recommendations for improvements and implementing updates as needed

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or any related course
  • Front-End Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks
  • SEO and Accessibility: Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards
  • 2 years of in-depth business knowledge and system design, preferably in Website, eCommerce, and Digital Marketing Initiatives
  • 3 years of experience in analysis and designing Chatbot solutions
  • 1 year experience as a Business Systems Analyst in development and production environments
  • Ability to interpret and write functional requirements and translate them into technical projects
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and system integration
  • Experience with MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, ERD tools (MS SQL/MySQL), content management systems, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Background in testing and QA
  • Knowledge in Customer Service Processes and Tools
  • Experience with PHP, XML, or any Chatbot development frameworks
  • Knowledge in AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and machine learning concepts
  • Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle and the Agile Scrum Framework
  • Certifications on AI or Chatbot Technologies are a plus
  • Willing to work 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong
