Viral Picks Corporation "Narratech Solutions" is looking for a Systems Analyst to join our agile development team, specifically one who is also comfortable with business analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and technical execution.

You will be responsible for owning the product vision, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Product Owner for one or more agile teams, working closely with the scrum master or project manager/coordinator.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Write clear and detailed JIRA tickets including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical notes.

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and designers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on client needs and business value.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate feedback into product improvements.
  • Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet quality and functional expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or System Analyst in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing and managing JIRA tickets and product backlogs.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and collaboration tools like Figma.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fintech or retailtech is a plus.
