Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT System Analyst with 8–10 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design, combined with a proven ability to collaborate closely with business units to ensure that IT solutions align with organizational goals and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new projects.
  • Conduct system analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to recommend effective IT solutions.
  • Partner with development teams, architects, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Lead the preparation of process flows, use cases, and system documentation to support solution delivery.
  • Participate in system design, testing (UAT, SIT), and implementation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to business units and IT teams during project life cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and best practices in system analysis and design.
  • Support post-implementation reviews, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide ongoing system support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of proven experience as a System Analyst in IT-related projects.
  • Strong background in working with business units to align IT solutions with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and system documentation.
  • Experience in creating functional specifications, system design documents, and workflow diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of banking, finance, or related industries (preferred but not required).
