Job Description:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure accurate translation of requirements into working solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and workflow optimization for system enhancements.
  • Assist in designing scalable, secure, and efficient fintech systems aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Leverage AI-based tools for documentation, data analysis, and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Identify system limitations, propose innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support testing phases by preparing use cases, test scenarios, and user documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations

JEob Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a System Analyst in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong expertise in system documentation, requirement analysis, and process mapping.
  • Prior experience using AI-powered documentation/analysis tools is a must-have.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in fintech products.
  • Excellent understanding of system integration, APIs, databases, and security principles.
  • Ability to create detailed SRS, process flows, and mockups with clarity and precision.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with workflow automation and AI integration into business processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence).
  • Exposure to emerging technologies in fintech such as blockchain, digital payments, or AI-powered fraud detection.
