We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to join our team. As part of our operations team, you will play a vital role in managing stock accuracy, ensuring product quality, and supporting the flow of items from suppliers to customers. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining smooth business operations, timely order fulfillment, and the high standards of excellence our brand is known for.

Our company operates in the online jewelry and luxury goods industry, where precision, organization, and quality control are essential to ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Oversee the movement of inventory, including receiving, storing, and releasing items.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all items meet shop standards.
  • Tag and encode inventory into the system for accurate tracking.

Order Preparation & Fulfillment

  • Prepare items for selling and deliveries to be given to designated teams.
  • Sort and organize items, including paid orders, cancelled orders, and those requiring repair or resizing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their items.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of items sold.
  • Track returns and exchanges with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work on-site at our office in UP Village, Quezon City
  • Experience in inventory management is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Mentally strong, resilient, and able to stay focused under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule — may include 6 working days per week, with morning and/or afternoon shifts.
  • Strong attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,500.00 per month
