Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in the Philippines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong leadership skills.
  • Proactive, a problem-solver, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
