HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER

We are looking for a Human Capital Manager with the ability to lead our team in growing our workforce and improving the overall employee experience. Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process—from posting jobs, screening, interviewing, to onboarding—to find and hire the best talent.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and employees. Address employee issues and concerns in a timely and fair manner.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement systems for performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and design programs that will help improve employees' skills and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Maintain the competitiveness of our compensation and benefits packages.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with government laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in the Philippines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong leadership skills.
  • Proactive, a problem-solver, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
