Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Capital Development Manager, located in Marikina. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing strategies for employee growth and performance. This includes talent development, training programs, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives that align with organizational goals. The Human Capital Development Manager will work closely with departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement while ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent development, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Strong background in training facilitation, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Skills in strategy formulation, performance management, and succession planning
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to analyze and address complex organizational challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements
