Human Resources:

  • Strategic HR Management:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR policies across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage a performance management system to ensure employees' performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback and development plans.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Implement leadership development initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.

Administration:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient office management.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Budget Management:
  • Prepare and manage the HR and administrative budget.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize costs.
  • Health and Safety:
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement workplace safety programs and conduct regular safety audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
