Human Resources:
- Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR policies across the organization.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage a performance management system to ensure employees' performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback and development plans.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Implement leadership development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.
Administration:
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient office management.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the HR and administrative budget.
- Monitor expenses and optimize costs.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement workplace safety programs and conduct regular safety audits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
