About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and organised Fleet Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As our Fleet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our extensive fleet of vehicles serving clients across Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, properly utilised, and in compliance with all relevant regulations
  2. Develop and implement robust vehicle maintenance schedules to maximise fleet uptime and minimise breakdowns
  3. Monitor fleet performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and safety
  4. Manage a team of vehicle operators and technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
  5. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless fleet operations and timely delivery of services
  6. Prepare detailed reports on fleet utilisation, maintenance, and costs
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance fleet management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, as well as fleet management best practices
  3. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proven track record of managing a team, providing training, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
  5. Proficient in data analysis and report generation using relevant software tools
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  7. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field is preferred
