Business Development Supervisor

Full-Time | Remote | Aligned to Australian Business Hours

Salary: Starts from PHP 45,000 per month

Role Overview

The Business Development Supervisor plays a key role in managing tender responses, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely submissions. This role also oversees Business Development Coordinators and supports the continuous improvement of BD processes, tools, and documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to manage both operational tasks and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Deliverables

  • Support efforts aimed at increasing average weekly shift counts in Australia

Client Deliverables

  • Review and assess incoming tenders within 4 hours
  • Ensure internal customer emails are acknowledged within 1 hour during business hours
  • Prepare tender packages for review at least 48 hours before submission (or 24 hours for tight deadlines)
  • Ensure all tenders, SORs, and estimates are accurate and delivered on schedule

Reporting & Budgeting Deliverables

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting, including weekly and monthly updates
  • Keep Salesforce CRM updated at all times
  • Maintain SharePoint with up-to-date pricing, quotes, and client information
  • Complete assigned sections of the Monthly Sales Report accurately and on time

Social Media Deliverables

  • Oversee delivery of one social media post per fortnight in coordination with HR

Leadership & Process Support

  • Supervise Business Development Coordinators
  • Train team members and support improvements in BD processes, tools, and resources
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather quantities, data, and support needed for tenders

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, tender coordination, sales support, or a similar role for AU Client
  • Strong background in handling time-sensitive documents such as tenders, proposals, or estimates
  • Ability to manage and lead a small team Strong coordination skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and preparing submissions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with set KPIs and deliverables
  • Comfortable working with Australian teams and schedules Organized, responsive, and able to meet tight deadlines
