  • Supervise and oversee the effective implementation of battery sales, marketing and technical support programs and directions including planning, organizing, leading and controlling battery operations.
  • Supervise and closely monitor activities of battery technical services program consistently aligned with fleet sales activity after sales services programs. Develop and recommend viable marketing programs and strategies that are practically essential to increase battery sales performance likewise auto parts sales.
  • Ensure to closely coordinate related various issues and properly establish vital problem solutions including improvement of systems processes not limited to returns handling and warranty issues.
  • Assist head in developing an efficient and effective battery distribution and ordering system thru the free technical service program and current parts distribution program.
  • Consistently monitor day to day activities of battery members such as but not limited to battery claims and warranty issues.
  • Plan and supervise the periodic battery product knowledge training across all internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate preferably Business or Engineering courses.
  • Licensed Engineer but not necessary.
  • With work experience handling automotive parts.
  • Proficient in oral, written communication and presentation skills, computer proficiency.
  • With good leadership skills, innovative and resourceful, analytical, service orientated and highly motivated.
