Job Title: Logistics Officer (Trucking and Service Vehicles) Location: Sta. Mesa ManilaDepartment: Logistics/Operations Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate trucking and service vehicle operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth scheduling, dispatch, maintenance, and compliance of all vehicles to support our project and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate the dispatch of trucks and service vehicles to ensure timely delivery and support of project operations. Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Monitor and optimize routes, fuel consumption, and overall efficiency of trucking and service vehicle operations. Maintain accurate vehicle logs, delivery records, and incident reports. Manage relationships and communicate regularly with drivers, suppliers, and project teams to resolve logistical issues and ensure operational continuity. Facilitate procurement and maintenance contracts for vehicle fleets. Monitor inventory of vehicle parts and supplies for maintenance needs. Promote safety awareness and enforce safe driving policies among drivers and vehicle operators. Support emergency logistics and provide effective solutions for any disruptions in transportation services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics coordination, especially with trucking and service vehicle operations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with transportation regulations and vehicle safety standards. Proficient in logistics software and management tools.
