Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Transport Supervisor. The Transport Supervisor will oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, managing the fleet, and supervising team members. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient customer service and addressing any transportation-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Fleet Management experience
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Excellent in MS Excel or GSheet
