The Warehouse Dispatch Monitor is responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations of a warehouse to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods. This role requires close coordination with warehouse staff, SO team, and logistics partners to track inbound and outbound shipments, resolve delays, and maintain records of all dispatched goods. Based in a warehouse. May require extended hours during peak seasons or to resolve urgent dispatch issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are dispatched on time and meet center requirements.
  • Verify dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and ready for dispatch.
  • Communicate with transport providers, drivers, and logistics partners to schedule and confirm dispatches.
  • Update dispatch logs, delivery schedules, and inventory systems accurately and in real-time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations for shipping and dispatch.
  • Report dispatch performance metrics and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Conduct routine checks on dispatched goods to prevent damage, loss, or incorrect delivery.
  • Liaise with center and SO teams to provide updates on order status.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • College graduate; additional logistics or supply chain training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or dispatch coordination is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with warehouse SOP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
