
Billing & Documentation Associate

Department: Logistics Department
Reports to: Logistics Supervisor & Accounting Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Encode and file billing- and documentation-related records accurately and systematically.
- Manage and oversee documentation requirements for clients and internal processes.
- Ensure proper integration of billing and documentation across logistics and communication channels.
- Review and verify billing details, including Statements of Account (SOA), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Proof of Payment.
- Monitor and reconcile payment transactions to ensure timely collection and accuracy.
- Check and update inventory records to support billing and logistics accuracy.
- Review client details and ensure information is up to date and complete.
- Verify job orders and design details for accuracy before processing.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of records at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in billing, documentation, or related administrative role (logistics or accounting background is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Work Setup & Schedule
- Onsite at G/F YMC Building, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati
- Mondays to Saturdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
