・Payroll calculation and related tasks such as tax administration and insurance.
・License acquisition, inquiries to administrative agencies, and creation of regulations and manuals.
・Other HR and administration-related tasks.
【 Requirements 】
【MUST】
・Excellent communication skills, including business-level English.
・Ability of Analysis and Problem-solving skill.
・MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) practical skills, good computer literacy.
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Working experience as HR.
・Japanese communication skill (Over class N2).
・Proactive, fast learner and committed to work preferred.
