JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Staff member to provide essential support to both the Human Resources and Finance departments. This role involves clerical duties, data entry, record-keeping, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

JOB DESCIPTION:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documents.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and confidentiality of HR files.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, orientations, and other HR-related events.
  • Support timekeeping and attendance tracking.
  • Prepare HR reports and documents as needed.
  • Process and file expense reports, invoices, and payment requests.
  • Assist with data entry for financial transactions and bookkeeping.
  • Help track budgets and expenditures.
  • Provide support during audits by organizing and supplying required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by HR and Finance managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably with exposure to HR or Finance tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
  • Willing to start ASAP.

Job Types: Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
