Job Description
[STAFFHIREPH] is hiring a detail-oriented and reliable HR Generalist (Payroll and Compensation & Benefits) to handle and support key HR functions related to payroll administration, government compliance, and employee benefits. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR—particularly in payroll processing and compensation & benefits administration. Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Administration
- Prepare, process, and validate employee payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure proper computation of salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other earnings
- Coordinate with accounting and finance departments for payroll funding and reports
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records
- Generate payroll-related reports for management as needed
Compensation & Benefits (ComBen)
- Handle employee government contributions and loans (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Process 13th month pay, final pay, and other statutory benefits
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding updates, compliance, and reporting
- Monitor and update employee leave credits, attendance, and benefits enrollment
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of compensation and benefits programs
General HR Support
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HRIS databases
- Assist in onboarding and exit processing of employees
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation
- Provide support in audits, HR projects, and other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience, particularly in Payroll and CompenBen
- Knowledgeable in payroll computation, labor standards, and government-mandated benefits
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and communication skills
