Job Summary:
The HR Staff for Compensation and Benefits is responsible for assisting in payroll administration, timekeeping coordination, and the processing of government-mandated benefits. The role ensures accurate employee records, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely release of compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compute and process payroll for security personnel, including overtime, holiday pay, and other earnings.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on timekeeping and payroll concerns.
- Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG contributions and loan applications.
- Handle SSS sickness, maternity, and death benefit claims.
- Facilitate employee reimbursements and maintain 201 files.
- Update employee profiles and status changes in the HRMS system.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related activities and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BSBA-HRDM, Psychology, or any related course.
- At least 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or related HR functions.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Willing to work overtime during payroll periods.
