About The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) who will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation programs, benefits, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll concerns
  • Prepare reports for management, finance, and external agencies
  • Coordinate with government agencies, vendors, and internal departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 13 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll
  • Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits and labor regulations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
