Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Staff who will focus on timekeeping and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work with employees across all levels. If you enjoy organizing events and ensuring accurate HR records, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities

Timekeeping & Attendance

  • Monitor daily employee attendance and ensure accurate timekeeping records
  • Check and validate timesheets, overtime, leaves, and schedule adjustments
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding attendance discrepancies and updates
  • Prepare timekeeping reports for payroll processing

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee activities, programs, and company events
  • Support initiatives that improve employee morale, culture, and workplace satisfaction
  • Collect employee feedback and help prepare engagement-related reports
  • Assist in implementing recognition programs and HR-led activities

General HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Assist in onboarding activities and employee orientation
  • Address basic HR inquiries and provide coordination support to the HR team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in timekeeping or employee relations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with HR systems/tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can handle confidential information with professionalism
