Join our growing Accounting Department team
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of general accounting including bank reconciliations, BIR compliance, and inventory monitoring.

  • Prepare accurate BIR reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) such as VAT, EWT, and Compensation.

  • Secure and monitor compliance with local permits, POS permits, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure accurate and complete recording of fixed assets in SAP, including depreciation and disposals.

  • Prepare journal entries, monitor prepayments, and perform inventory audits.

  • Conduct surprise audits in store branches and support other tasks assigned by the Accounting or Treasury Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.

  • CPA license is a plus but not required.

  • 2+ years of meaningful experience in general or financial accounting is preferred.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and organizational ability.
