About the Role

TrulyHome is looking for a highly experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager / Project Manager / Operational Leader to oversee our marketing operations and drive the continued growth of our brand. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and leadership. You will work directly with the CEO to shape and execute our marketing strategy, manage key platforms and tools, and guide cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Leadership: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media advertising, email marketing, paid campaigns, and brand growth initiatives.
• CRM Management: Manage and optimize our Go High Level CRM, ensuring effective marketing automations, lead management, and reporting.
• Web Development Oversight: Lead and coordinate with web developers to ensure timely delivery of projects, website optimization, and brand consistency.
• Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns across all major social media platforms, ensuring strong ROI and growth.
• Creative Direction: Provide input and leadership on design and copy to ensure high-quality marketing assets (graphic design and copywriting experience is a major plus).
• Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Operational Support: Partner closely with the CEO to identify growth opportunities, streamline marketing operations, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required). MBA preffered.
• 10+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with proven results.
• Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams and managing web developers.
• Strong track record of building and optimizing marketing automations and funnels.
• Extensive hands-on experience managing ads on all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Graphic design and copywriting skills strongly preferred.
• Must provide professional references.
• Comfortable working with time tracking software​

Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
• Contract: Long-term with growth potential for the right candidate.
