Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including correspondence, scheduling, and filing (physical & digital).
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth office operations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office supply inventory.

Accounting & Finance

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, maintain ledgers, and assist with reconciliations.
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Monitor petty cash and prepare simple financial reports.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for compliance and reporting needs.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee records, and support onboarding.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and assist in government benefits compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Compliance to DOLE and Govt agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or accounting roles (experience with HR work is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
