Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Officer
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves promoting company products and services, delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services to prospective customers through various channels (in-person, online, phone, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to help clients understand product features and applications.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools or sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical) to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales goals.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in [industry, e.g., renewable energy / construction / technology]).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
