About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Power BI Specialist to support our clients across Microsoft 365, Power BI and modern workplace platforms.

The core focus will be Power BI (including Power BI Embedded) and Microsoft 365 administration, particularly SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. However, when not working on Power BI projects, you will work directly on our support helpdesk handling M365 and SharePoint support tickets — therefore excellent spoken English and customer communication skills are essential.

As our Power BI & Power Apps division continues to grow rapidly, the balance of support work vs BI project work will shift — so this role offers strong progression into a full-time Power Platform / BI position over time.


What You'll Do

Power BI & Data

  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets and data models
  • Set up Power BI Embedded for client platforms
  • Enterprise deployment experience with Power BI Embedded implementation and optimisation
  • Manage RLS, workspace governance and refresh performance
  • Develop clean, visual, client-ready reporting experiences

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, governance & structure
  • Administer Microsoft Teams policies, lifecycle and permissions
  • Support M365 tenant administration and user management
  • Maintain OneDrive, security groups and compliance settings

Support & Customer Interaction

  • Work on the support helpdesk providing English-speaking client support
  • Resolve Microsoft 365 and SharePoint support tickets
  • Assist users with adoption, troubleshooting & user education
  • Provide clear verbal and written communication to end users

Migrations & Automation

  • Support migration projects (SharePoint / file server to M365)
  • Build workflows and automations with Power Automate
  • Azure AD / Entra identity and access management

Future-Focused

  • Assist with Power Apps projects as workload grows
  • Opportunity to move into full Power Platform / BI role as team scales

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • 3+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Advanced Power BI experience (including Embedded)
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online & Teams administration
  • Experience supporting users on Microsoft 365 helpdesk
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Ability to work UK-aligned hours
  • Must be available to work full UK timezone hours

Nice-to-have

  • Power Apps experience
  • Microsoft Copilot exposure
  • Previous MSP or multi-client support experience
