About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 and Power Apps Specialist to work directly with clients on the deployment, optimization, and management of Microsoft 365 environments.

This role focuses heavily on Power Apps and Power BI, while also covering the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem—Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, and Copilot. You'll lead migration projects, design solutions, and deliver training to help clients modernize their workplace and drive productivity.


What You'll Do

  • Microsoft 365 Configuration: Design, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to meet client needs.
  • Migration Projects: Lead migrations from legacy systems (on-prem SharePoint, file servers, etc.) to Microsoft 365 with minimal disruption.
  • Azure Integration: Implement and manage Azure solutions, including Azure AD for identity and access.
  • Power BI Development: Build dashboards, reports, and models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Power Apps & Automate: Develop apps and workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Copilot Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Copilot to increase productivity and automate tasks.
  • Teams Optimization: Configure Teams (channels, permissions, integrations) for efficient collaboration.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and support so clients maximize Microsoft 365 adoption.
  • Security & Governance: Manage compliance, permissions, and security policies across M365.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure, Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reports, data modeling).
  • Proven experience developing workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • In-depth knowledge of Teams setup and management.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, content management).
  • Skilled with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Track record leading migration projects from on-prem to cloud.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for productivity and automation.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
