About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant
to join our Philippines team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in D365 F&O technical development, including extensions, integrations, and customization for business-specific requirements.

You'll work closely with functional consultants and project teams to design, develop, and implement scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement customizations in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
    .
  • Work on
    D365 FO Extensions, LCS, and integrations
    using
    OData, Flow
    , and other tools.
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants to define and deliver technical solutions.
  • Participate in
    end-to-end implementations
    and support post-go-live activities.
  • Create and maintain
    technical design documentation
    for all custom developments.
  • Develop and enhance
    workflows
    , perform workflow customizations, and manage data migrations.
  • Integrate external systems (e.g.,
    payment gateways, EDI integrations
    ) with D365 F&O.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–7 years
    of experience in Microsoft Dynamics technical development.
  • Minimum
    1–2 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementation projects
    .
  • Proficiency in
    X++ programming, Visual Studio, LCS, and Azure DevOps
    .
  • Strong experience in
    OData integrations, Power Automate (Flow), and customization frameworks
    .
  • Knowledge of
    data entities, batch jobs, and performance tuning
    .
  • Good understanding of
    financial and operational modules
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    Life Cycle Services (LCS)
    and
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Power Platform
    (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Exposure to
    Microsoft certification
    in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
