JOB DESCRIPTION

:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
  • Develop plug-ins, custom workflows, and JavaScript for tailored business logic.
  • Design and implement Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other applications using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API/Webhooks.
  • Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, architecture, development, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices in Dynamics and Azure implementations.
  • Develop technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (formerly Dynamics CRM).
  • Strong expertise in customization using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse data model and relationship structures.
  • Experience with Power Automate (flow design, triggers, custom connectors).
  • Proficiency in Azure services relevant to Dynamics 365: Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Azure AD, Service Bus.
  • Strong grasp of Dynamics 365 SDK, Web APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and application lifecycle management (ALM).
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or MB-210 are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Power BI integration and report development.
  • Experience with custom connectors and REST API consumption in Power Platform.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
