About the role

Select Goods', a leading retailer in the Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and helping us identify and attract top-tier candidates to our growing organisation. What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the recruitment team in the full life-cycle of the hiring process, from job posting and sourcing to screening and scheduling interviews
  2. Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job descriptions
  3. Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system to ensure efficient candidate management
  4. Screening and evaluating applications to identify qualified candidates
  5. Scheduling and coordinating interviews, both in-person and virtual
  6. Providing excellent customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment journey
  7. Assisting with the onboarding of new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  8. Compiling and analysing recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a recruitment or HR assistant role, preferably within the retail industry
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  4. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  5. Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  7. Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
