About the Role

Height Realty Inc. is looking for a Project Engineer to oversee and manage the technical and construction aspects of ongoing real estate projects. The Project Engineer will be responsible for conducting technical assessments, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that all engineering and construction activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in achieving project milestones efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with Height Realty's development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical evaluations of project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.
  • Provide engineering inputs during planning, procurement, and implementation stages.
  • Review and validate shop drawings, material submittals, and equipment specifications.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Contracts teams to evaluate bids and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design, standards, and project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and monitor on-site safety protocols with contractors and safety officers.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, test results, and compliance records.
  • Recommend engineering solutions to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and long-term operational reliability.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction or project engineering.
  • Experience in real estate development, property construction, or site supervision is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, systems, and standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
