E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator

Now, we're looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to join our vibrant onsite team in Alabang, Muntinlupa. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in Shopify and digital operations, and who wants to grow their career with an international beauty and wellness brand — all while working daytime hours with no graveyard shifts.

The Role

Your main focus will be keeping our online store and digital channels running smoothly. Most of your time will be spent managing our Shopify store (products, collections, promotions, landing pages via Replo, site health checks) and ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly across digital platforms.

You'll also upload ads into Meta Ads Manager, support Klaviyo email campaigns, maintain apps, and help coordinate the marketing calendar in Asana. This is a detail-oriented, operations-heavy role that ensures our digital storefront always delivers a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify & E-Commerce Management (Core Focus)

• Upload and update product listings, bundles, homepage banners, and collections.
• Maintain catalogue accuracy (tags, pricing, images, SEO fields).
• Build and update campaign landing pages in Replo.
• Perform daily site health checks (broken links, images, mobile layout).
• Coordinate with developers for theme updates and small fixes.
• Support product updates on marketplaces such as Amazon and Faire.

Meta Ads

• Upload all ads into Meta Ads Manager (creatives, copy, targeting provided).
• Ensure campaigns are set up correctly and keep the ad library tidy.

Klaviyo / Email Marketing

• Assist with campaign set-up, scheduling, and automations.
• Create and update pop-ups, forms, and surveys.
• Segment lists, test performance, and optimise results.

Apps & Digital Coordination

• Maintain and monitor Shopify apps (Replo, Klaviyo, pop-ups, surveys).
• Conduct periodic app audits to reduce overlaps/costs.
• Flag new apps or features that could be useful.
• Help maintain the marketing calendar (Asana) with launches, promos, and campaigns.

Other Digital Support

• Upload approved content across social channels (FB, IG, TikTok).
• Help with basic SEO upkeep (alt-text, tags, links).
• Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce role for Western/English Speaking Brands.
• Strong familiarity with Shopify (essential).
• Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager (responsible for uploading ads).
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Skilled in Canva, Google Workspace, and digital content tools.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, organised, and deadline-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and conscious lifestyle branding.
• Must be available for full-time, onsite work in Alabang.
