  1. DTI Permit Preparation & Application

· Develop product assortment relevant to the permit application

· Coordinate with the Marketing and Graphics teams for banner creation

· Secure approval and signatures for the application form

· Obtain payment approval and coordinate processing with Sonak Asia Accounting

· Provide regular status updates until the permit is approved

  1. Sales & Inventory Monitoring

· Prepare and submit weekly sales reports

· Monitor aging inventory and verify stock availability; provide timely updates

· Track and monitor incoming shipments in coordination with the Brand Merchandising team to ensure the tracking file is up to date

  1. Store & Operational Oversight

· Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure banners, pricing, and promotional materials are current and compliant

· Monitor in-season trading activity and performance

· Coordinate with Customer Service for customer inquiries and resolutions

· Oversee day-to-day order processing

· Handle and address processing issues such as pricing discrepancies, discount errors, and other related concerns
