Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in content creation, basic graphic design (using Canva or Adobe), and managing social media platforms, websites, and e-commerce shops. This role will also help maintain and execute the marketing calendar, analyze social media performance, and may participate in trade activities and events when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for social media and website
  • Design graphics using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Monitor and update the e-commerce shop (products, pricing, promotions, etc.)
  • Maintain and execute the marketing calendar
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Participate in trade shows, expos, and related marketing events as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience with social media management
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
  • Familiarity with website content updates and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok Shop)
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel or work on-site for events occasionally
