The
Events Intern
will get hands-on experience bringing creative concepts to life from intimate launches to large-scale productions. You'll work alongside our Events team to support every stage of event planning and execution, gaining insight into the world of PR, logistics, and brand storytelling.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship, but it offers rich learning opportunities, mentorship, and industry exposure.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the team in planning, coordinating, and executing in-person and virtual events.
  • Assist in liaising with vendors, venues, and suppliers for logistics like catering, equipment, and travel.
  • Help prepare and organize event materials (PR kits, badges, signage, giveaways, etc.).
  • Provide onsite assistance during events from ingress and setup to egress and teardown.
  • Stay updated on event and industry trends, and share fresh ideas to elevate event experiences.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ropes of events management.
  • Willing to get hands-on and help wherever needed.
  • Able to start immediately.
