We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Interns for Sales and Events Department Successful candidates will play an important role in supporting the Sales Department by promoting our products and services, engaging with potential and existing clients, and gaining hands-on experience in the full sales cycle within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in promoting company products and services to prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Help respond to client inquiries by providing accurate information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support lead generation activities by researching potential customers, updating databases, and maintaining organized sales records.
- Participate in sales presentations, meetings, and client visits when applicable to better understand client needs and industry dynamics.
- Help prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth processing of bookings, requests, and client requirements.
- Monitor and track ongoing sales activities, including pipeline updates and weekly performance reports.
- Learn and assist in the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies, customer engagement, and overall team productivity.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to support the Sales Department.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or any related field.
- Strong interest in sales, client relations, and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in interacting with clients and team members.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client interactions.
- Basic understanding of customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively with a team.
- Willing to report onsite: TORDESILLAS ST. SALCEDO VILLAGE, MAKATI CITY
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From Php123,456.00 per month
