  • Assist in sourcing seasonal candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Conduct initial screening of seasonal applicants based on job requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases
  • Support in the preparation of job offers and onboarding documents
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
  • Assist in attending job fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Must be willing to render overtime and work on holidays if needed
  • Must be willing to work as a Seasonal employee until December 31, 2025
