Tasks

  • Lead Identification and Research: Identify potential clients through research and various lead generation tools.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify target markets.
    • Maintain and update a database of potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, social media, and other communication channels.
    • Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage and capture the interest of potential clients.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and assessing their potential as customers. Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
    • Provide detailed information on leads to the sales team to facilitate effective follow-ups.
    • Participate in regular meetings to discuss lead quality and improvement strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation activities.
    • Analyze lead generation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance for management review.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging lead generation techniques.
    • Continuously refine and improve lead generation processes and strategies.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance overall lead generation efforts.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field

  • Min 1 year in a sales development role
  • Technology or BPO industry related work experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in Salesforce and Sales Navigator is preferred
  • Comfortable creating content on social media platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • Energetic and eager to be a part of something special
  • Can do attitude
  • Must be amenable to graveyard shift, possible work on PH holidays, weekends and extended working hours
    For internal applicants: must be a regular employee of VXI; must have at least 6 months tenure in current position; no active or pending DA case
