POSITION: SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / PROJECT DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Selling and Strategic Planning from conceptualization to turnover of Costa Del Hamilo Residential Projects and Highlands Prime. Enhancement Projects in Pico de Loro and Tagaytay Highlands including Amenities, Facilities, Infrastructures, etc. Lead the identification and assessment of potential projects, conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to determine the viability and potential returns on investment. Develop comprehensive project development strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, considering financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental factors. Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Conduct financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and fundraising efforts to secure financing for the project. Identify suitable project sites and negotiate land acquisition or lease agreements. Implement effective project monitoring systems, track progress, and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field. Extensive experience from 5 to 7 years in project development and management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects. Preferably with exposure in Vertical and Horizontal projects. Experience in Beachfront Development is an advantage Strong understanding of project development processes, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of relevant industry-specific regulations and best practices. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
