What are we looking for?
Skills Required

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or related role (B2B preferred).
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or outbound campaigns is advantage.

What will you do?

  • Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, social media, and industry platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on target market criteria and hand off to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies through email, calls, and other channels to generate interest.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
