  • The Sales Admin is responsible for managing the administrative lifecycle of all sales opportunities, from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure all sales, contacts, accounts, and opportunities are accurately recorded, updated, and maintained in real-time on behalf of all sales agents.
  • Meticulously record and update the status of every deal in the sales pipeline, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all agents and stages.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales report, performance dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) summaries for CRO and COO.
  • Draft, proofread, format, and prepare professional sales proposals, quotes, and contract documentation based on input from sales agents.
  • Maintain organized and accessible library of standardized sales documents, templates, and compliance forms.
  • On occasion, serve a professional point of contact for clients, handling administrative inquiries, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth transition of documents.
  • Manage and coordinate the professional calendars for all assigned sales agents, scheduling client meetings, follow-ups, and internal team coordination sessions.
  • Facilitate communication between Sales team and other departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of deals and client onboarding.
  • Undertake relevant administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the CRO or COO, supporting the overall efficiency of the revenue organization.
  • At least 2+ years experience in administrative works.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience managing and utilizing major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for reporting and data manipulation), Word (for contract drafting), and PowerPoint/Google Slides (for presentations).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data integrity standards.
  • Superior ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate professionally with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • A proactive approach to anticipating sales team needs and resolving administrative roadblocks before they impact the sales process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team of sales professionals and executive leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
