Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Ops Admin to support our global partner funding programs (PSF). You will process high volumes of funding applications, provide regional support (EMEA & APAC), and enable our sales teams to focus on strategic initiatives by managing end-to-end administrative workflows.

What You'll Do
  • Act as a primary administrative and operational contact for global partner funding programs
  • Process a high volume of funding applications efficiently and accurately
  • Provide dedicated time-zone and language-specific support to teams in EMEA and APAC
  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner inquiries related to funding requests
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow for funding applications to support sales teams
Key Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative, sales operations, or program coordinator roles
  • Experience in high-volume processing roles (applications, claims, tickets) with strong accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams is highly desirable (EMEA & APAC)
  • Strong operational excellence with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for partner and internal communications
  • Quick learner comfortable with internal tools and software
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
