JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our expanding retail team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience. As part of our sales team, you'll help create an inviting atmosphere, assist customers in finding the right products, and contribute to the store's overall success and growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet every customer with enthusiasm and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Understand customer needs, make knowledgeable product suggestions, and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Accurately handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the POS system
  • Keep store displays clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
  • Use effective sales strategies to meet both individual and team targets
  • Participate in store events and promotions, including supporting digital and social media marketing efforts
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Share customer feedback and product insights with store management
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and general store maintenance
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members, promoting a collaborative work culture

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Comfortable using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) for promotional activities
  • Experience with online or live selling is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to travel or assist at different store locations as needed
  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php695.00 per day
