We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Reservation Officer to join our team and drive business growth in the manpower services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals related to staffing and workforce solutions. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in manpower services, staffing, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
  • Must be willing to work in Pasay City.
  • Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.

  • Effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.

  • Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.

  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.

  • Market Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Provide feedback and insights to management for strategic decision-making.

  • Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems or designated software.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline status.

  • Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, marketing, operations, etc) to ensure smooth execution of sales and client deliverables.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

  • Address client concerns promptly and work towards effective resolutions.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Others:

  • Ensure that any cash fund or equipment (if any) in your responsibility must have proper documentation and safe and secure storage.

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned in the exigency of the service.
