BRAGAIS Shoes is looking for a Sales Officer who is driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about connecting with people. This role is essential in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving consistent sales growth for the Jojo Bragais brand.

The Sales Officer will oversee both retail and institutional sales efforts, ensuring excellent customer experience and effective sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and institutional partners.
  • Identify potential sales leads and present customized proposals to increase revenue.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, events, and marketing activations when needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet targets.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
