1. Organizational Development & Strategy
- Develop and implement OD strategies, frameworks, and policies to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Lead organization design initiatives, job evaluation, and manpower planning to ensure business readiness and efficiency.
- Support strategic projects such as culture-building, organizational transformation, and business process improvements.
- Design and oversee training and development programs, competency frameworks, and leadership pipelines.
- Facilitate succession planning and career pathing aligned with company growth and retention strategies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure compliance with ISO/FSSC training requirements.
- Implement performance management systems, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and individual KPIs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and change management interventions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and line managers to enhance employee experience and workforce productivity.
- Develop change management strategies to support organizational transitions (policies, systems, mergers, expansions).
- Provide coaching to leaders and managers on managing change, building trust, and enhancing team effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights (surveys, KPIs, analytics) to recommend organizational improvements.
- Ensure OD programs comply with local labor laws, ISO standards, and FSSC 22000 HR requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management and Execom/SLT.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Training effectiveness (pre- and post-assessment scores, transfer of learning).
- Employee engagement index / participation rate in OD initiatives.
- Succession plan coverage for critical roles.
- Percentage of organizational development projects completed within timelines.
- Compliance with ISO/FSSC training and HR-related requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or further studies in OD/HR is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR/OD, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry preferred.
- Certifications: Training & Development, Change Management, ISO/FSSC HR compliance exposure (an advantage).
- Strong background in organizational development, performance management, and change management.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills.
- Analytical mindset; able to use HR metrics and data to influence decisions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
