Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or further studies in OD/HR is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR/OD, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry preferred.
  • Certifications: Training & Development, Change Management, ISO/FSSC HR compliance exposure (an advantage).
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong background in organizational development, performance management, and change management.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills.
  • Analytical mindset; able to use HR metrics and data to influence decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
